What is a VPS?
A VPS (Virtual Private Server) in layman’s terms is a server within a more powerful server. When you purchase a VPS we split the resources of our powerful machines in accordance with the specifications you purchased. Once you connect to our Windows VPS it will feel like your home computer.
How do I connect to the VPS?
For a Windows VPS you connect through Remote Desktop (if you’re on Windows). Connecting is extremely simple. A detailed guide is sent with your VPS login details, also if you are not on a Windows machine we also include a macOS connection guide.
How long does it take to set up?
Our VPS range is automatically set up. Once the invoice has been marked paid an email is sent within seconds with your VPS login details.
Where are your services hosted?
Currently we only offer VPS hosting in London, England. In the coming months we will be expanding to other parts of Europe and North America.
Do you offer a backup service?
Yes. Once per week we automatically backup your VPS data and store up to 4 copies of your data. You can restore a previous backup of your VPS in our client area. You can also create a manual backup at any time.
Do you allow SEO tools?
Yes we allow all SEO tools to be run on our services. We do not tolerate any email spam.
